- Corn oil has a
higher polyunsaturated fatty acid content and a lower saturated
fatty acid content, thus healthier for human consumption.

extracted (squeezed) from corn embryo and becomes edible corn oil
after further production processes such as
refining.

is 99% triglyceride, with proportions of approximately 59%
